Orders, Shipping & Returns
Care instructions are provided on each product label. We generally recommend gentle washing and proper storage to preserve fabric quality.
At this time, Kismet Atelier offers shipping to the US and Canada. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination.
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email titled "Your Order is on the way", containing your tracking link. You can also track the precise location of your order through your Kismet Portal.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not, we offer a hassle-free return process, as outlined below: Returns for Products Eligibility: You can return most products within 30 days from the date of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in new, unused condition with all original tags, packaging, and accessories included. Non-Returnable Items: Some items are not eligible for return, including customized pieces, items specifically noted as "Final Sale" and gift cards. Please check the product description for specific return details.
